Houthis justify attacks on Saudi Arabia as 'response to spurned peace moves'
The New Arab

Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, the head of the rebel Supreme Revolutionary Committee said recent attacks on Saudi Arabia were a response to the kingdom's avoidance of peace talks.

A leading figure in Yemen's Houthi movement justified recent cross-border attacks into Saudi Arabia as a response to the kingdom's rejection of "peace initiatives".

Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, the president of the rebel's Supreme Revolutionary Committee, rejected claims that the recent attacks have been carried out on Iran's orders, according to Saudi and US accusations.

Whoever came up with this website, "The New Arab" is doing a great job on reporting and this in light that the other "Western" news site on the Middle East basically is starting to spew leftist pablum all the time. Both are located in England and Middle East Eye just seems like the Labour-Liberal-Brit view. Shame on them.   Yes, and "The New Arab" is headquartered in London, so I'm not sure of all of their leanings but they seem real decent to me. Middle East Eye is a project from a former Guardian.co.uk writer.
