I absolutely love scrambled yellow squash and onions! I can eat a ton of it. Don't worry if you burn some of it, it's still Good! As a kid I always made sure I had a patch of squash growing somewhere in the yard. The more squash I grew, the more mama would fry me up some.

Mom's came out more like scrambled eggs. She used a hot pan and really scrambled 'em up. So they were darker and more mushed up (technical terms here). That's the way I liked(loved) 'em.
