1. How many illegal low skill immigrants, does this booming economy need?
2. What is the breakeven number, balancing the costs and benefits?
3. The US needs computer programmers, yetCentral America is supplying stoop laborers, gardeners, and dishwashers.
4. The stoop laborer's family is below the poverty level, pays minimal taxes, consumes much in services, from medical, schools, police, prisons, etc.
Assuming our needs for stoop laborers are filled now, each"next" illegal comes at a very high price.
5. The idea that the US has a nral responsibulity to care for these unfortunate resdents of Latin American economies, is beyond ludicrous.
6. If they are fleeing gangs, don't we already know they set up the gangs here in the US, bringing their problems with them?
7. Drugs seem to be a fixture with these gang cultures. Don't we have soaring deaths, from Fentanyl? It is used to boost crappy Mexican heroin.
8. Since 1986 we have encouraged illegal immigration, not discouraged it.
9. The first step n problem solving, is to identify the problem correctly, and admitting it.
10. My opinion, is we need no additional low-unskilled workers, that cost more than they pay.
11. We should condition any aid/benefit to any nation, upon FULL cooperation in solving OUR problem, with their people coming here.
12. We need a variety of common sense barriers, disincentives, etc.
