Russian aircraft flies over Area 51 and other US military bases as part of the Treaty on Open Skies

Russian Tu-154M aircraft flew over several military installations in California and Nevada such as Edwards Air Force Base and Fort Irwin National Training Center
It's part of the Treaty on Open Skies, which allows countries to monitor each other to collect data on military forces and activities
This is the first Open Skies missions Russians have conducted in the US this year
However, the US has conducted at least three such missions in Russia so far

Was this treaty really a good idea?
Why?
Because now we can spell out "F*** YOU!" in all the latest aircraft and gadgets to sent a strong message to potential enemies.

Seventeen Techniques for Truth Suppression

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
