To my thinking, there is nothing more despicable, abasing, or loathsome than to see a politician try to pander to a certain group or by blaming himself, sex, or race that happened before they were even born. If a person thought that way in a K -12 school they would be called emotionally disturbed. This is nothing but the rankest, falsest, and most demeaning way of talking to a group; talking to them like they were ignorant dogs. This is Joe Biden to a tee.
