Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) – The Iraqi army killed on Sunday three Islamic State suicide bombers wearing explosive belts in Sinjar district in Nineveh province, a security expert said.

Speaking to Almaalomah news website, Fadel Abu Reghif said that army troops surrounded three Islamic State suicide bombers, who planned to blow themselves off in Sinjar district in Nineveh.

“The IS militants were gunned down before they could detonate themselves,” Abu Reghif added.
