There are NO grounds to impeach Trump.  None.

If there is the will, the grounds will be found. Andrew Johnson was impeached over, among other things, 'disrespecting congress'. As you remember, Bill Clinton was impeached for process crimes that had nothing to do with the original investigation.

The problem when you get someone with no moral foundation to do what is right, they make these things easier.  Character really does matter. Now we are seeing the fruits of poor character. It may have given people an emotional high for a while, some random ra points, but it doesn't produce good fruit in the long run.

Yep, but the main thing was a massive propaganda effort by the media which made a lot of people think the sky was falling, people were starving, etc.

Government workers have an average salary about 1/3 better than the average worker and their benefits are out of this world.  If they haven't been able to save enough to get through a short shutdown, they are poor planners.

Thank you.  I'm for border security as the next guy, but what Trump should have done is sit down with leaders from the House and the Senate work out a deal.


But no, he had to listen to Ann Coulter, Rush Limbaugh and Fox News.  That was a big mistake and it hurt Trump.


Hopefully this is the last Government shutdown period.  They never work.
