If you live long enough, you see almost everything. In all the years I have been on various posting sites, I've never seen anyone start a thread about their own birthday. I wouldn't have the guts to do that for fear of what would happen.

Not saying it is good, or bad, or anything. No real opinion on it at all. I'm only pointing out that it is just another thing I can say I have seen in life. Just another checkmark in my brain, so to speak.

@Freya it was just another day in Paradise, took myself to my favorite restaurant in San Antonio~Papadeaux's (Seafood) came back to my little town and had a few brews at my Favorite Brewery (Faust). No presents, no cake because no one knew it was my birthday except for yall, my Family, x wife and a few friends which txted me happy wishes throughout the morning.
At my age I prefer not to celebrate another year passing because I am grateful for each new day, everyday.

I love seafood! Sorry about the presents though. I understand though. My mom still gives me $20 for my birthday, when sheâ€™s gone I wonâ€™t get anything anymore unless I have a pet who decides to leave me something of theirs like a really nice â€œgiftâ€ in cuddles or the like.
