Pretty hard to get anything done when he fires everyone he hires.

I think Kelly is getting cold feet about what he knows that is coming down the pike from Trump.  I can't blame Kelly too much, because we are in uncharted waters, but I think Trump will merely do what he has to do--and that he will have plenty of others on his staff backing him all the way.
