Poland does not agree with Hungary raising the issues it has with Ukraine to the level of cooperation within NATO, said the Polish Ambassador to Ukraine, Jan Pieklo.

“Poland supports Ukraine joining the European Union and NATO. We do not want bilateral issues to be brought to the global level of strategic cooperation within NATO,” he said when asked about the Polish assessment of Hungary’s countering Ukraine’s cooperation with the alliance. The diplomat also added that his statements were not simply his own wishes but Poland’s official position.”

Hungary and Ukraine seem to be involved in a real diplomatic spat. I'm not that interested in it but it's been going on for some time. It's a bit beyond the initial discussion of not wanting to teach Hungarian in school, though a whole town in Ukraine may be Hungarian.
