You know what? You're right; we should just kill everybody. That's a completely sane and practical solution.

The Moslems have clearly stated, on more than one occasion, that we will have to kill them all (knowing we never will). Now, I'm not going to start taking them at their worthless words, I think we can settle things by continuing to do what we have...kill the ones who need killing and are kind enough to conglomerate so we can be more efficient. Hunt down the rest, leave the non-combatants alone and we'll return to a stasis.
