Kasich: I think it will be a very good year for Democrats in midterms

Gov. John Kasich (R-Ohio) said Sunday that he thinks Democrats will have a "good year" in the November midterms.

"How good? I'm not so sure, because if their message is abolish ICE and things like that, if -- they're not going to have a big wave," Kasich said on CNN's "State of the Union."

"The natural progression of things is, when the president's in two years out, the other party does well," he said.

"I don't know how big the wave is going to be," the governor said. "So we got to see what happens in November, but then we have to move beyond that election and try to get this country unified."

Kasich has been critical of the Republican Party, saying in April that it "left me." The possible 2020 White House contender lost a 2016 bid to President Trump, whom he has chastised.

I used to like Kasich but not anymore.  He has shown is true colors.  FYI Johnny, the Democrats are going to get creamed in the midterms because real Americans do not care for their antics.

To be clear about something:  It was explained in the running thread about TOS that Sinkspur was not bounced from the forum for his steadfast Neverisms.  It was because he repeatedly (and often) posted full articles instead of excerpts, after being told many times by @mystery-ak to knock it off.

For those that only read the headline, the word "very" only appears ONCE in the article  -- in the headline.  Also, if you peak at the excerpt you'll see what he said was nothing like the headline.

   PS: It's not Rocket Surgery about why Articles must be excerpted here.  The Legal ramifications could be disastrous for this  Forum.
