Levin: Senate Judiciary Committee 'Either Filled with Perverts or Totalitarians'

“There’s not a single shred of evidence” of sexual assault, so Democrats are using totalitarian tactics to discredit Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh, constitutional scholar Mark Levin said Wednesday.

In an interview on Fox News, Levin told host Sean Hannity that the Democrats believe they can use totalitarian tactics to circumvent both the Constitution and Bill of Rights by using the Senate Judiciary Committee to destroy Kavanaugh:

The bottom line is that there is not one Senate Democrat who is not a scoundrel. I'm leaving the possibility that there are one or two Dem congressmen or women who are not scoundrels. Maybe I'm being too generous.
