Rep. Maxine Waters promised a crowd of young Democrats over the weekend that she would go after Vice President Mike Pence once President Trump is removed from office.

The California congresswoman accepted a lifetime achievement award from the Stonewall Young Democrats on Saturday in Los Angeles, telling the enthusiastic crowd that Mr. Trump threatened Americans’ way of life and deserved to be impeached.

“I’m gonna get him,” Ms. Waters said, according to a video published by progressive activist and attendee Edward Garren. “I’m in this fight and I’m not gonna move.

I don't believe this is about actual impeachment. It is all simply about fomenting discord and chaos to hinder and impede Trump from getting anything done. I agree with your assessment of Pence.

I had an encounter with a liberal yesterday who proudly told me he was setting up a local meeting in his house to support 4 local Rats and that they were going to get Trump impeached. I said to him I get it that Trump haters want him out, but what crime has he committed? He only said "well I'm not a Trump hater". I asked him again, "what crime did Trump commit?" He had no answer.

I then asked him to consider one thing. The Trump haters are in a frenzy because of his tough, combative, give no ground style. The Trump fans love the results of actual policies. Do you really want to base your actions on feelings, or do you want to base your actions on the results they produce. I'm sure he won't change, but it did feel good to confront his virtue signalling.
