On the bright side, trump just cut $200M in "aid" to the "palestinians" (yeah!), so that offsets 0.023% of this bill's new deficit spending.

I can agree to that, except was it an actual CUT - as in - NO MORE MONEY SENT - or was it just a reduction in the rate of projected growth in spending???

That seems to be all the rage these days.
