New York Times erases 52 million white people from existence

The liberal media is in such a desperate hurry to change the demographics in this country that they can't wait for rhetoric to match reality. That's why it's understandable that The New York Times claimed that America is only 60% white. In case you had doubts, they even linked to a US Census website to back up their claim. How much more authoritative can you be than that?
The only problem is that the webpage the Times linked to does not say that the US population is 60% white; it says the US population is 76% white.

Then the article goes on to mention how the NYT hired that woman, Sarah Jeong who is notorious in her own right.

News Machete has had some good articles, not sure if something like this is out of order. I don't think it should be.

NYT is using the 'white, alone' metrix, instead of the historical measure of white (including hispanic).

Its undoubtedly true that the percentage of hispanics have gone up in relation to white, non-hispanic.

I don't know why we need to make a distinction in the first place. Just provides another means of dividing us.

Here is the census bureau link. I can see where the NYT got their numbers. All white including Hispanic is 76% but if you scroll down a few lines, white excluding Hispanic is 60%.

They didn't just make that number up, they just chose a narrower measurement.

Which racial culture do you most identify with?

What is a White person? What does it mean?
What is a Black person? What does it mean?
What is a man? What is a woman?
What is the difference between an Hispanic, a Latino, and Azteca?

Questions like these make the census a muddled mess of nonsense. If there is no definable premise, then there is no possible way to measure a subgroup accurately.

It is certainly far off the mark of the half-shekel head count of its origin.
Like every other government thing in America, it has devolved into a politically correct mess which values politics over actual definable fact.
