Gov Andrew Cuomo of New York needs to take some civics lessons. He seems to be clueless about how our government works. On Wednesday he said that if the Supreme Court overturns Roe V Wade, he will sue.

Exactly what court does he think he can go to for redress of his grievances? Does he not understand that any court he sues in would have to confirm the Supreme Court? Besides that fact, there would be no reason to sue because New York gets to then decide all cases involving abortions. The same thing applies to every blue state that wants the right to kill babies.
