President Trump’s top lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, has spent the weekend telling cable news hosts he’s got an ultimatum for FBI Special Counsel Robert Mueller… Produce evidence that Trump has committed a crime, or there will be no Trump interview!

Giuliani told Fox News on Saturday he is asking Mueller for a “factual basis for the investigation” before the Trump team considers granting an interview to Mueller’s team.

That's pretty silly.  Rudy knows that's not how things work in the ""justice"" system.

Granted. But is there anything wrong with Trump publicly forcing Mueller’s hand? I don’t think so. More than half the country thinks this is a political witch hunt and the calls for ‘put up or shut up’ will only intensify as we come closer to midterms, and rightfully so.

Perhaps but you can't call the President to testify for every case. You have to show a reason.
