How paranoid is the Iranian government about the state of Israel? On Monday, an Iranian general accused Israel of manipulating the clouds above Iran so that Iran would get no rain.

Iran has been suffering from a drought for years, at one point for 14 consecutive years, but on Monday Iranian Brigadier General Gholam Reza Jalali, head of Iran’s Civil Defense Organization told a press conference that Israel was to blame for “cloud theft,” along with “another country in the region,” according to The Times Of Israel...
