Not only does Trump not have a DOJ, he also does not have a Pentagon, a CIA, an FBI, an IRS or any other Alphabet agency with career Marxist/Socialist/Democrat plants infesting and deeply rooted in the entire federal government apparatus.
It is no longer what is best for America and the country that matters... for the vast majority of government 'employees' - it is what is best for furthering the agenda of the Party, the movement and the fundamental transformation (i.e.: glorious People's Revolution) for permanency of power and control while enriching the self off of the taxpayers.
Trump's fatal mistake besides his uncontrollable thumbs - is leaving that cancer alone and untouched and in place.
Yes, all the alphabets. He has a senate that has stated they won’t approve a Sessions replacement. He has an FBI and DOJ that will come after him for “Obstruction†if he touches any of them. He has a complicit media, some of whom are being PAID. He is surrounded and contained by enemies.
Rosenstein has to be removed and the Special Counsel BS has to be ended. I assume this is what Nunes is currently working towards doing, but it needs to be done swiftly before the 2018 election. Otherwise, a large part of the Trump presidency is going to be tied down.
The one-trick ponies will come out with the staid “Only the best†comments, but how could he have possibly known that Sessions would recuse himself right off the bat? I doubt, as an outsider, he had any idea just how corrupt and how deep the DOJ and FBI run.
I was disgusted that he used his family as part of his Administration, but now I can’t help but think that he knew that he could at least trust them not to bury a hatchet in his back when he learned from Admiral Rogers how he had been bugged and plotted against. I assume he had no idea what he’d got himself into, had no idea who he could trust, and had no idea how to proceed other than to do what he did which was to plug the leaking and get rid of the most obvious snakes in his Admin.
I don’t envy the position he was and still is in. I may be wrong, but I think his entire presidency is going to depend upon the success of Nunes and the IG righting the wrongs... And the public outcry demanding the same.
We can debate until the cows come home if he should have been the nominee, but that doesn’t change what is happening now. We cannot allow the Ds to get away with weaponizing the DOJ and FBI in an attempt to rig a presidential election then destroy the duly elected president after the fact.
It is all unconscionable.
