FBI warns it has 'grave concerns' about omissions in Nunes memo
By Katie Bo Williams - 01/31/18 12:43 PM EST

In a rare public statement on Wednesday, the FBI said it has "grave concerns" about a Republican-crafted memo alleging corrosive abuse of United States surveillance powers by the Justice Department that is expected to be released in the coming days.

"With regard to the House Intelligence Committee’s memorandum, the FBI was provided a limited opportunity to review this memo the day before the committee voted to release it," the bureau said.

Indeed they should as the memo is about THEM.  Wray is the only FBI person that was allowed to see it.  LOL

I thought we had like 17 or 19 "Intelligence" agencies.

FBI, CIA, NSA, DIA, to name just a few.

I also thought that the CIA was foreign, and the FBI was domestic.

Following Sept. 11, 2001, I recall we reformed Intelligence, to achieve cooperation among agencies, instead of the "stovepiping" of info held by only one agency for example.

So why are we allowing the FBI so much power, on its own?

The memo supposedly offers proof, of illegal acts by various FBI officials and employees.

So why let the FBI have a role, to investigate itself?

I Guess folks have not yet figured out that the Alphabets are nothing more than the weaponized and militarized Praetorian Guards for the Big Government Statist Left.

Until they do - the Big Government Statist Left is not going to allow itself to be removed from power.

Fart for freedom, fart for liberty and fart proudly.  - Benjamin Franklin

...Obsta principiis—Nip the shoots of arbitrary power in the bud, is the only maxim which can ever preserve the liberties of any people. When the people give way, their deceivers, betrayers and destroyers press upon them so fast that there is no resisting afterwards. The nature of the encroachment upon [the] American constitution is such, as to grow every day more and more encroaching. Like a cancer, it eats faster and faster every hour." - John Adams, February 6, 1775

from Clarice Feldman on FaceBook:

Today's winner in the fake news category and it is everywhere>

FBI Director Christopher Wray told the White House he opposes release of a classified Republican memo alleging bias at the FBI and Justice Department because it contains inaccurate information and paints a false narrative, according to a person familiar with the matter.

The FBI came close to publicly opposing the memo’s release, saying in a statement Wednesday that it has “grave concerns about material omissions of fact that fundamentally impact the memo’s accuracy.”

"a person familiar with the matter" who? Comey? McCabe? This is utter bullshit.--posted by Henry

Check the FBI website and you will see no such thing there. Check the accounts, no names for sources. You must approach news accounts like a forensic scientist to distill the truth from the crap.
