The term 'pretty quick' does not fill me with confidence. If I were talking to my mechanic, and I asked him when my car will be ready, I do not want to hear him say, 'pretty quick'. To me, it sounds like a conditional phrase meaning that he is expecting complications. I would much rather hear, 'tonight' or 'tomorrow at 2pm'. Now that would be a real answer, instead of weasel talk which is what this is.
