Billionaire trying to impeach Trump: ‘It’s a process that we’ve begun’

Billionaire Tom Steyer teased a major announcement on Monday amid his ongoing efforts to convince Democrats to rally behind the impeachment of President Trump.

In an interview with local news station KQED in California, the billionaire who has put thousands of dollars of his own money into an effort to impeach Trump was asked about a major announcement about his political future he has planned for next week.

"Well, let me start by saying it would be crazy to pre-announce my announcement," Steyer said, laughing. "But let me say this. I started this by saying 'this isn't about me.' This isn't about me."
