+1 here with a windchill of -18 to -25 , depending on locarion (in the mountains, the chill is higher) . Almost 300 schools, Meals on Wheels, community centers, senior centers, etc. are closed. And the snow and ice we got last week is frozen to my sidewalk and driveway. Ice melters do nothing when it's this cold. Been cold like this since early December.
Maybe 40s late next week, according to the local weather guessers. We shall see. I won't hold my breath.
