Dem senator calls for Trump Jr. to be subpoenaed

Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) is urging the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee to subpoena Donald Trump Jr. to testify publicly before the panel.

The Democratic senator, a member of the committee, sent a letter to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) on Tuesday asking him to “immediately issue a subpoena for public testimony and documents from Donald Trump, Jr.”

“Recent revelations have shown beyond question that the American people can only feel certain that Mr. Trump, Jr. has been fully forthcoming if he is subject to a subpoena,” Blumenthal wrote.

How many times has a President been subpoenaed?   Whats he being subpoenaed for?

I think its time to start putting Congress on trial and hang the ones found guilty.

There were so many subpoenas issued during the Obama term that they simply just 'ignored'. Or they just said, 'NO'. I'm not going to do it.


Maybe the Pubs should do the same thing based on precedent. Just simply say, NO.
