Perhaps because he's still got a way to go, by his own standards. He had a 100 Day Plan and campaign positions that are scrubbed from his site. You can still find some here and there. Personally, I think 100 days is a silly measurement, so I won't hold that against him. Here are some of the major points he had proposed.
1. Cancel Obama executive actions on immigration and guns.
He canceled some EOs, but Ray Guy envied the punt he did on DACA.
2. Withdraw from TPP and renegotiate or withdraw from NAFTA.
Half of this is done.
3. Declare China a currency manipulator.
Said they weren't currency manipulators after meeting at Mar-a-Lago. Didn't get China to stop North Korea nuke/missile testing for it.
4. Begin the process to replace Scalia.
Done.
5. End funding for sanctuary cities.
Pending probable SC review.
6. Suspend immigration from terror prone nations.

7. Middle Class Tax Relief And Simplification Act
Senate bill passed. Will have to be reconciled with eventual House bill. TBD.
8. Repeal and Replace Obamacare Act
Congress failure. May be effectively killed through tax bill.
9. Affordable Childcare and Eldercare Act
Ivanka's pet project. Not really a hot button issue with voters.
10. Build southern border wall paid for by Mexico.
Definition of wall keeps changing and Mexico has steadfastly refused to pay for any version.
11. End offshoring through tariffs.
Not introduced. Congress said forget it.
12. Propose amendment for congressional term limits.
A pipe dream.
