Here's an earlier statement from the President (it's also a little difficult to hear).  In this statement the President says Mitch is onboard and McConnell is onboard with negotiations.

I think you meant Ryan and McConnell, but, that doesn't answer my question about the Dems making some kind of statement that retracts their earlier statement of having a deal?  I would like to see that.  I can't find anything.
