Belgium fugitive arrested at Amtrak station in Philadelphia


PHILADEPHIA — Special agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Philadelphia Special Agents and Task Force Officers arrested a Belgian fugitive Wednesday, in Philadelphia, pursuant to an extradition request from the Federal Public Service of Belgium. The arrest occurred without incident with the assistance of ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), the Amtrak Police Department, the Philadelphia Police Department, and the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office.
