New Clinton book blasts Sanders for 'lasting damage' in 2016 race [video]

(CNN)Hillary Clinton casts Bernie Sanders as an unrealistic over-promiser in her new book, according to excerpts posted by a group of Clinton supporters.


She said that his attacks against her during the primary caused "lasting damage" and paved the way for "(Donald) Trump's 'Crooked Hillary' campaign."


Clinton, in a book that will be released September 12 entitled "What Happened," said Sanders "had to resort to innuendo and impugning my character" because the two Democrats "agreed on so much."

The only thing new in this article is that Hillary has finally lumped Sanders along with Comey, Russia, the media, sexism, racism, homophobia, xenophobia, Belgium, France, the moon people, space aliens, Moldavia, and Santa Claus, as the reason she lost.


Up until now, she has assiduously avoided dragging Bernie into her web of blame for her loss. Presumably, this is because she wanted their votes if she runs again in 2020. Apparently, this is no longer a concern to her anymore.

I would be fairly certain that in Crooked Hillary's new book, she doesn't admit that she was perhaps the worst presidential candidate of a major party in the modern era.

However with the morbid list of potential Democratic Party candidates for 2020, that nominee has an excellent chance of being even worse than Hillary.

I'm sure her book will be well received by the few supporters she has left, but I think most people will avoid it like the plague.  Only the terminally stupid Hillary worshiper would think this book is anything but the complaints of a bitter old broad who lost an election.  And if she expects to run her daughter for the presidency one day, she shouldk now this piece of whiny trash won't help.

What a laugh. Sanders never made an issue of her lies, poor judgement and greed. Meanwhile she and her minions were pulling every underhanded trick in the book to block his nomination. Apparently in her mind it's his fault for not jumping on the "it's her turn" bandwagon. Poor little Hillary just can't catch a break...
