AG Sessions To Announce ‘DACA’ Amnesty Rollback at 11am

Attorney General Jeff Sessions will brief reporters 11 a.m. on Tuesday about the administration’s decision to end the quasi-amnesty for young illegals imposed by former President Barack Obama in 2012.

By allowing Sessions to announce the decision instead of President Donald Trump, the administration is portraying the decision as a legal matter, not a political issue.

The so-called “DACA” amnesty is being closed down because it is legally indefensible, and because Trump campaigned on the promise to close down the amnesty.

The POTUS doesn't have the authority to do it. If the Congress does it the question will be when do they pass a blanket amnesty again. The argument used in 86(?) by Pres. Reagan was the amnesty would be a one time thing. DACA is a backdoor tool for having regular illegal immigration that periodically leads to residency/citizenship. It's great for business helping to keep the cost of labor down in high labor low tech jobs and is a way for the Rats to keep refilling their numbers.
