I dunno. A peel in a tree sounds like the work of Skinner.
Good one!
Anyone remember the "banana splits" children's tv show?
BF Skinner? @Suppressed
In the course of my nearly seventy years on this earth, I've seen a number of strewn banana peels lying here and there. Nobody I knew associated those peels with some sort of nefarious message meant for black people. Nobody I knew ever said anything about them. They were just banana peels/litter that some cluck had thrown on the ground.I have to believe many millions of black people over the centuries have seen strewn banana peels without freaking out. I assume a percentage of black people have themselves strewn banana peels. So why the outrage now? Are millennial's feelings that fragile? If these people can be "triggered" by the mere sight of a banana peel, what has our country descended to?
Maybe it was just Harambe bait?
*Crying and wailing *
More like B F D.A banana peel in a tree? Looks like fall is in the air.
Loved that show, they were actually the opening act for "The Who" here in Va. a friend of mine went to that concert.

Yep. IIRC, they came along not long after The Monkees.
