Putin told Trump that Russian hackers were too good to get caught: report

Russian President Vladimir Putin told President Trump that Russian hackers wouldn't have gotten caught if they did hack Democratic groups because they're too skilled at spying, the New York Times reported Monday.

Trump has since repeated the claim, according to White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci.

Scaramucci told CNN's "State of the Union" on Sunday that someone told him that if Moscow hacked the Democratic National Committee, "you would have never seen it. You would have never had any evidence of them, meaning that they’re super-confident in their deception skills and hacking."

And yet here we are and we know about it and U.S. Cyber Command was able to warn France about Russian interference back in May.

I think this is more Russian bluster than anything.

Russian hackers are good, but the Czechs can kick their butt, anyday... And the Israelis are probably better yet.

This is Trump saying Putin told him that.  I do not believe any statement coming from Trump, not a single one.

The Israelis are special.  I used to read the Jerusalem Post every day.  Back then, I remember reading about their airport security and laughed and laughed.  They said they "profile", look for Arabs, look for  anyone who could possibly be a terrorist, stop him/her and frisk him/her and may arrest him/her on the spot just because they suspect this person.  There are no "human rights" in their airport.  The airport police can do what they want to keep that airport secure.  There hasn't been an attack in their airport for many years due to this policy.  If you don't like their rules, don't fly out of that airport.

Israel is surrounded by their enemies and they do everything possible to protect their people.  Teachers in their schools are armed and everyone knows it.  If a terrorist or bad guy does something criminal, his house is torn down, leaving his family homeless.  Everyone knows that is what happens.  Israel is special.

See what The Hill did here?  They changed "would be" to "were" --- changing the very essence of their "report".

It's a good thing Briefers read the actual articles and not just the titles because we know the actual quote is:
