Well, he certainly was an idiot five years ago, I wonder what he thinks these days?  Not to defend him, I don't know the man, but it's entirely possible he no longer feels that way about guns.

Frankly, it doesn't much matter to me because he's been hired to run his mouth, not the DoJ.  I'm far more concerned, for example, that our AG is enamored with Civil Forfeiture.  That's a far more immediate hazard to the liberty of the people.

5% of the US population pays much more than 50% of the total income tax collected. Enough is enough!

That should read '5% of taxpayers' which is only 2.2% of the US population.  And yes, they pay much more than 50% of the total income tax collected.
