President Trump calls it a "witch hunt." He's not likely to change that description once he hears the latest development into special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russia's interference in the 2016 election and whether Trump's campaign had anything to do with it. On Thursday, it was announced that Mueller would be expanding the probe to look into Trump's business ties.

The businessman-turned-president has a long history of making deals with Russians, apparently enough to pique the interest of the FBI.

Mueller hit the lottery. He will be able to drag this on for decades and collect his usual fees for doing so.

If he truly wanted to make some headway he'd be looking in the opposite direction towards Hillary Clinton.  I can't help but think Bill and Hillary are still chuckling among themselves as to how perfectly the wild goose chase that they started with Trump colluding with the Russians has worked out so perfectly.

I can't speak for CC, but Trump appoints Rosenstein who in turn appointed Mueller...that is not Soviet-level...It's Benny Hill level stuff...and as Don Jr would say...I love it.

Rosenstein was next in line after Sessions.

Most likely Mueller requested financial information from DT, which sent him in to a frenzy at the Iimes interview.
