California is notorious for ignoring four magical words that have forever been tethered to the 2nd Amendment:  Shall not be infringed.
It is the western empire’s modus operandi, after all, creating a safe haven for liberal thoughts and attitudes with no concern for the rights instilled to us by our founding fathers.  It’s common in California to see gravely dangerous legislation go from bad idea to terrible truth in a matter of months, but when it comes to the idea that gun owners will be asked to forfeit parts of their collection within days, you can bet that there will be a great deal of opposition.


In this particular case, Californians who own magazines capable of containing more than ten rounds will be asked to legally abandon that equipment by turning it in to the state.

If I lived in California I would develop memory problems that put Hillary's to shame.   Where did I leave those magazines?

I know gun shops around here that flat out refuse to sell or even transfer a gun you purchase at their store to anyone in California.

California is heading in precisely the opposite direction of most of the rest of the United States, and not just with respect to the 2nd Amendment.

Do they actually expect gang-bangers and drug dealers to show up and turn in their mags?

You're kidding.  Right?   The lalaland flakes and sheeple will obediently turn in their weaponry any time their god, government, instructs them to.  They will then be able to claim victimhood when the gangbangers and ferals victimize them 'in serious', thanks to government interference.  Should make them very happy.... since the liberal flakes so love to play the victim.
