Congressional staffers boo Trump at unity baseball game

So much for defanging the poisonous debate in Washington.

Dozens of congressional staffers erupted into boos, jeers and even vulgar gesticulations Thursday when President Trump appeared in a video at the Congressional Baseball Game at Nationals Park.

Mr. Trump delivered a message of unity, but some fans in the stands weren’t having any of it.

One man shouted an expletive at the video screen as Mr. Trump was telling the fans: “We are showing the world we will not be intimidated by threats.”

The episode marred what had been a night celebrating those wounded in Wednesday’s murderous attack on GOP players practicing for the game.

The ONE thing that plays into our hands is that our enemies are constantly playing into our hands.
Muslim extremists can't stop doing the things that make them look bad to everyone. Every time someone stands up and says "Islam means peace", someone else proves them wrong.
AntiFa are a never ending source of optics that make them look like crazed violent anarchists instead of a viable political ally of the Democrats.  They make anti-Trumpism look like the playground of the crazies.
Liberals and Democrats keep saying and doing things that make people dislike them. They ally with people that make citizens feel unsafe and then talk about disarming them.
The BLM people keep making cops look good in comparison and they refuse to play well with other liberal groups. They are a painful wart that keeps coming back.
The MSM seem drawn to optics that destroy their carefully crafted narratives. They decry "fake news" while constantly pushing it out and more people have started to notice.
