I'd like to see him oppose it not just because of content, but because of the principle that we shouldn't be signing agreements like this unless we plan on submitting them to the Senate for ratification. This agreement was drafted deliberately so as to avoid a ratification requirement in member states, which makes it squirrely as hell.
