Don't particularly care for the this outfit.

The piping stitch 'screams' the designer tried too hard, IMO. And for the hem of the slacks to touch the ground while wearing 3-1/2 inch heels? WTH?? If she falls, somebody should be charged with assault and battery.

For a good part of my life I wore 3" heels almost every waking hour. Even with 2 chunky babies balanced on my hips.

If you are used to wearing heels every day it can be quite uncomfortable to wear flats. I can full out run down a hospital hallway in 2-3 inch heels without thinking about it twice.....
