CIA Chief Reportedly Meets With Abbas In Ramallah Ahead Of Trump-Netanyahu MeetingCentral Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director Mike Pompeo reportedly met with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in Ramallah earlier this week.The meeting between Pompeo and Abbas is the first high-level discussion between the Trump administration and the Palestinian leader.According to Palestinian officials, the secret meeting was described as “warm and positive,” with the two sides reportedly discussing the two-state solution, security, Israeli settlement activity and the relationship between the Trump administration and the Palestinian leadership.
