It's funny how so many don't argue how Snopes is wrong, if it is.

Because some of us have read enough articles about snopes being wrong and their leftist bias to understand that they arent reliable as a source of factual info.

Sure there was . His EO was entirely constitutional and as such, conservative. That you refuse to accept constitutional law is something you'll need to work out on your own. Plenty of people have posted the laws that gave him constitutional authority. It's up you you to avail yourself of them, accept the reality of them and accept the authority those laws provide the executive. Because you simply don't have the option to not accept them. They are what they are regardless of your belief or approval.
