Japan Refuses ALL Refugees … How Come Nobody’s Attacking THEM?

February 5, 2017| by Robert Gehl

Japan’s prime minister said Tuesday that his nation needs to attend to its own demographic challenges posed by falling birth rates and an aging population before opening its doors to refugees.

Prime Minister Shinzo Abe announced at the U.N. General Assembly that Japan is ramping up assistance in response to the exodus of refugees to Europe from the Middle East and Africa, Fox News is reporting.

He said Japan will provide $1.5 billion in emergency aid for refugees and for stabilization of communities facing upheaval. But speaking to reporters later Tuesday he poured cold water on the idea of Japan opening its doors to those fleeing.

Because they're not the United States.  They haven't been the guarantor of global peace since 1945.

Because they're not the judeo christian west and don't have a tradition of classic liberalism.

Which progressivism seeks to rub out.

Wouldn't it have been something to see those fanatical little bastards take on the radical Muslums of today?

It's hard to say. It could be because they aren't the US,or it could be because they don't care,so it would be a waste of time.

Maybe both.
Anyone who isn't paranoid in 2021 just isn't thinking clearly!

Now, though, Japan has had problems with the birth-replacement rate falling behind their mortality rate. They aren't out of the woods on this.  There are other factors involved in this of course, maybe they are putting their careers before other things and maybe the economy has not been conducive to raising larger families.

So, being an Islamic republic or another failed 3rd world nation are better alternatives per the pro-immigration open borders types? I'm not so sure about that.

In the Western Hemisphere, I wager most nations have strict immigration rules,

Canada, Uruguay and Costa Rica, perhaps the other countries with the highest standard of living, probably more so.

"How come nobody's attacking THEM?"

I guess we're the only ones who should ever be criticized.

Cuba? Seems some of those Hollywood stars are enthralled by the island nation.

"Japan Refuses ALL Refugees…"

This is why long after The West has collapsed both ethnically and culturally, Japan will still be "Japan", populated exclusively by "Japanese".

Like it or not, they have a sense of cultural and ethnic survival.

We do not.

Quote
The second duty is to secure one’s border and enforce the law for the sake of the common good. Sovereign nations have the right to enforce their laws and all persons must respect the legitimate exercise of this right: "Political authorities, for the sake of the common good for which they are responsible may make the exercise of the right to immigrate subject to various juridical conditions, especially with regard to the immigrants' duties toward their country of adoption. Immigrants are obliged to respect with gratitude the material and spiritual heritage of the country that receives them, to obey its laws and to assist in carrying civic burdens." Catholic Catechism, 2241.

Despite Pope Francis and the recent attitudes in the Catholic church, there official immigration stance has been somewhat reasonable in the past,  I think even indicating that nations should not feel inclined that their "national character" should be changed because of mass immigration.

That's the church speaking; per those who seem to be a bit self-righteous on this issue.
