FAIRFIELD, CT — A former president and publisher of Forbes Magazine was charged Tuesday after he allegedly attacked a bus which was full of young children following a road rage incident on Morehouse Lane in Fairfield, reports the Connecticut Post

James Berrien, 64, of Westport is accused of blocking the bus' with his car and forcing his way onto the bus by prying the bus doors open. He was charged with breach of peace and disorderly conduct, and was released on a promise to appear in court, stemming from the incident which occurred on Dec. 21.

The bus had been driving with over 12 students from the Timothy Dwight elementary school, and police were able to identify Berrien through the bus's surveillance video.
