If they are smart they'll groom Profar to take over at 3rd for Adrian when he hangs it up.
Good idea. It appears that the Rangers are looking to transition from overpaying 30+ YO veterans to promoting from within. Although we may not make the playoffs next year, the change needs to occur. It's no secret why Odor was a fan favorite last year, thanks to the energy he displayed.
Not everyone's going to be good at the big league level, see Joey Gallo, though I don't think he was given enough at bats to figure it out.
