As far as the Kelly/Trump fight is concerned, I have doubts that it was anything more than typical reality TV play acting that seems to have benefitted both a great deal.
EVERYTHING about Trump and this past election cycle was nothing more than an orchestrated WWE/WWF spectacle for public consumption - sold to them by the ultimate Snake Oil Salesman.
And they ate it all up - and became True Believers themselves.
