Giuliani hints that Trump campaign has 'surprises' up its sleeve

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani on Tuesday hinted that Donald Trump’s presidential campaign has some surprises left in the final two weeks before Election Day.

In an interview with “Fox and Friends,” a giggling Giuliani, who's a top Trump adviser, hinted at the prospect of “enormously effective” surprises that the campaign has up its sleeve.

“We’ve got a couple of surprises left,” he said. “I’d call them surprises in the way that we’re going to campaign to get our message out there — maybe in a little bit of different way.”

“You’ll see and I think it will be enormously effective.”

Giuliani also hailed the new report from The Wall Street Journal that a PAC headed by Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D), a Hillary Clinton ally, directed nearly half a million dollars to a candidate married to an FBI official who oversaw the investigation into Clinton’s private email server.

The former mayor called the report a “shot to the solar plexus.”

A few surprises? Anything he's tried to go after Clinton has failed. Clinton's scandals and all of her baggage has been exposed long ago and people have given her a free pass. He's losing Florida with its heavy Latino population. He was a complete fool to alienate that population when he went after Susana Martinez.

In 2016, there were 260,000 Republicans and 213,000 Democrats, both decreases of about 5,000 from 2014. But even in this Cuban stronghold, statewide trends hold true. Among Hispanic registered voters between 2006 and 2016, the number of Democrats increased 62% while the number of Republican registered voters was flat....

Giuliani is blowing in the wind. Clinton has no control over what a PAC does. A PAC can give money to any candidate they want so they gave money to that candidate who is married to an FBI guy. She should not have to lose money for her campaign due to her spouse's job. She is not employed by the FBI, she is an independent person, a candidate, period. Even if she were employed by the FBI, she is running for office and entitled to get contributions from a PAC.
