Redefines the word 'conservative' doesn't it?
Oh, the Republican Party and a wide assortment of talking heads have pretty much rendered the term "conservative" meaningless, anyway. While there are those of us who are trying to salvage it, it's on ECMO as a meaningful word. It doesn't need any more RE-definition.

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Which of those 23 have a snowballs chance of winning?     So a vote for anyone but one of the two crapballs is a wasted vote.   it doesn't send a message, it doesn't teach them a lesson.  Did they learn from the landslide on the Congressional elections?  Or did they double down.

Winning is all that matters.  That is the game.
If they are both crapballs, how do you "win" voting for them? You still get a crapball.
