I heard if any Republican can get, oh, any kind of respectful percentage of the African American vote, let's say even as low as 9%, they are a shoo-in to win.

Perhaps, nobody knows since Blacks have been SLAVES to the Socialist Democratic Party for over 100 years.

The 'Christian' voting block still is the largest, but not for long.  It will soon be a Latino Nation within 15 years, and THEY will call the shots then.

But for now, the 'Christian' voting block is still the largest.

Rasmussen is now, and has always been, a bullshit poll.  These African-American numbers prove it.

Every other poll has him in single digits with blacks.

Well they could have fallen for Trumps why not scenario.  I doubt this because it is hard to break bad habbits.  The Democratic party is an addiction like a drug.  Free this and free that and their communities are broken from Democratic government.  To think that the African American community is going to do a complete flip in one election is stupid.  Can't happen.  But I do hope that they start voting Democrats that are keeping them down out.  Has to start at the local government level.  Trump didn't give any real plan except "what do you have to loose?" 

More jobs?  Yeah Trump plans jobs for Hispanic/Latino who he is going to bring in through his yuuuuuuge door in the wall.

The only thing that might have been better to say is something like "The Evangelical Vote".

Blacks somehow, have been more forgiving of their leaders, we know Martin Luther King apparently, had his flaws like all; yet, he's one of the greatest American leaders ever; never mind, just one of the greatest black leaders America has ever produced.
