He's pretty much going "Scorched Earth" now.
It's not surprising. If it was anyone else, Scorched earth would be, IMO, the correct tactic. Or at least a usable one. But with Trump doing it, he opens up his entire history for a retaliatory strike from Clinton/The MSM.
With Cruz, they had to invent 6 women out of thin air. With Trump, they have 40 years of videotape in their archives to bring to bear. And his ardent supporters will scream that 'They timed this for maximum damage/October surprise etc.
I would respond "Dance with the devil and he calls the tune." Of all people, Trump not only knows the talking heads, but their network bosses. He knows how the game works. So that being the case, it's either sheer insanity on his part or he's doing it on purpose to get Clinton elected. There's a well known saying in the media that has held true since the printing press came into being.
