Americans should vote for Donald Trump as president next month or risk being dragged into a nuclear war, according to a Russian ultra-nationalist ally of President Vladimir Putin who likes to compare himself to the U.S. Republican candidate.

Vladimir Zhirinovsky, a flamboyant veteran lawmaker known for his fiery rhetoric, told Reuters in an interview that Trump was the only person able to de-escalate dangerous tensions between Moscow and Washington.

You are right, he didn't say we would "Face Nuclear War", he said "There will be Hiroshimas and Nagasakis everywhere."

He just meant Japan would become an empire and set up industrial towns everywhere, right?

Reminds me of arguing a couple years back on FR with a nutcase that believed a nuclear bombing forever put it's blast zone off limits to humanity. Tours of the Trinity and Mercury test sites, and the 7 digit populations of Hiroshima/Nagasaki today did not deter the genius.
