 In spite of his physical challenges, Davis used the skills he learned to begin fixing problems in his community. Eventually, he was elected mayor of Paden City, West Virginia. Davis recently sat down Matt Kibbe, president of Free the People and former president of FreedomWorks, to tell his story.
